How To Apply
This program connects Korean students from elementary to university levels with Christian homeschooling families in Calgary, Canada, offering a homestay experience.

The application fee is a deposit that is part of the total program fee.

4. Verify and Issue Passport

Your passport must have an expiration date at least 6 months from your departure date. For safe travel, you should reissue it if the validity period is running low.

5. Host Family Placement

We will assign you a local Canadian homestay family based on the information provided in your application form.

If necessary, we will provide consultations with CHH staff.
6. Booking Flight Tickets

To ensure smooth progress, airline tickets are purchased in bulk.

Airfare: Approximately $1,500 - $2,000 for round trip (varies depending on exchange rate and departure date, separate cost)

Note: Children under 12 years of age cannot ride alone without a guardian and must use the UM Service (Minor Protection Service).

UM Service: Airline staff will accompany a minor from departure to arrival and hand over to a local guardian. (Additional $200 for round trip)
7. Orientation Session

Conduct English tests for students.

Explain the rules students must follow while participating in the program.

Provide any other necessary information.

Time for questions and answers.
8. Purchase Travel Insurance

Insurance coverage: The amount varies depending on the compensation limit and travel period, and the higher the compensation amount, the higher the insurance premium.

When to sign up: Sign up at least one week before your trip.

Insurance Limit: To prepare for various situations and accidents that may occur during your participation in the program, we request that you purchase insurance with a compensation limit of at least $50,000.
9. Participation Fee Payment

Please pay the total participation fee (excluding application fee) in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Includes: Homestay fee, 1:1 ESL Tutoring, extracurricular activities, ongoing management fees, etc.
10. Departure

After completing all the preparations, you can begin your homeschool homestay journey.
